Preparation
Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 35-45 minutes
Ingredients: • 4 lean chicken breasts • Butter or
margarine • Salt and pepper to taste • 1 bulb garlic
(optional)
Method: Cut chicken breasts lengthwise to
form a pocket. Fill with slivers or slices of garlic (if desired) and spread
butter or margarine over top. Dust lightly with salt and pepper and bake at 350
degrees. Serves 4.
