Low Fat Chicken Recipe |

Preparation Time: 15 minutes (marinade 4 hours minimum) Cooking Time: 10-12 minutes
Ingredients: • 4 skinless chicken breast fillets • ¾ -1 cup reduced fat plain yogurt • 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice • 1 tablespoon of one of the following: cumin, oregano, thyme • Soaked wooden skewers
Method: Cut chicken into chunks and thread onto skewers. Place in large non-metal bowl. Combine yogurt, lemon or lime juice and your choice of spice and pour over chicken skewers. Let stand for at least four hours.
Broil skewers in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes turning a couple of times to cook through. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
